Go here:
Click on the Download link in the top nav bar. Scroll to the bottom of the Download page to Advanced Download and click on the “build your personalized copy of MooTools link”. Make sure all the components are selected. Download the uncompressed version which includes all the documentation. The downloaded file will be called mootools-1.2-core.js.
Click on the More Builder link on the right. Download this version as well, make sure you get the uncompressed version. The file will be called mootools-1.2-more.js
